The Institute for Athletic Medicine-Eden Prairie is located in the Flagship Corporate Center at 775 Prairie Center Dr., Suite 250. 

Co-located with Minneapolis Sports Medicine Center, the rehabilitation clinic provides comprehensive physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and athletic training services. Special services include the Thrower's Injury and Back in Balance programs and Fairview Hand Center.
