The Institute for Athletic Medicine–Bloomington is located in the Oxboro Medical Building at 600 W. 98th St., Suite 390, in Bloomington.

Co-located with Fairview Oxboro Clinic, the rehabilitation clinic provides comprehensive physical therapy and athletic training services. Special services include the Thrower's and Running Injury programs.
