The Institute for Athletic Medicine–Apple Valley is located in the Cedar Ridge Medical Building at 15650 Cedar Ave.

Co-located with Fairview Cedar Ridge Clinic and Park Dental Apple Valley, the rehabilitation clinic provides comprehensive physical therapy  and athletic training services. Special services include the Back in Balance Program.
